Horrible. Bugs in the shower, tape around the door, bathtub dirty. There was a wedding there so people were in the hallways late making noise. Brand new sneakers ruined from sticky stuff on floor along with garbage in vestibule. Would not recommend to a bug… Honest…

We booked through an online agency and the photos looked fine. Entering into the lobby, the furniture is torn, the floors are dirty, and it's dark. There is a $100 deposit that the online travel agency didn't disclose. When the clerk pulled up our reservation he asked if we smoked. I specifically ordered non-smoking and I said "No." He said, "Why did you reserve a smoking room?" I started to panic and then he said, "Relax, I'm just kiddiing". That was not remotely funny. Took almost 30 minutes to get our room key when we arrived on Friday then after getting in the shower my husband and I we walking toward the bed and the guy from the service desk let's himself in while I was trying to dry off then to top it off after we got back from sonic temple festival the code to the room no longer worked and took us 10 mins and 2 trips up and down the stairs just to get back into our room.

Absolutely disgusting. The room was full of trash, bloody tissues, cigarette butts everywhere, and the toilet still had urine in it. The TV was ripped off the wall and the light fixtures were broken. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned or inspected at all. Management clearly doesn’t care about basic cleanliness or guest safety. Do not stay here.
