Paid for a king bed, was told there were only 2 doubles left, when I requested a refund because they couldnt give me what I paid for a king bed magically appeared. Scummy behavior in an all around standardly bad hotel

The service is terrible. When I arrived and asked for the price at the lobby, they tried to charge me more than double the online rate; because I refused and paid via Expedia instead, the man got annoyed. He kept me waiting until 4 p.m., and when I asked if I could leave my suitcase there while I went out to get a bite to eat, he rudely refused.

This hotel has been passing around from bad owner to worse owner, with none of them willing to implement the only possible solution for this dump, which is total remodeling. The building, appliances and furniture are well past beyond their dying phase, with the whole place stinking of human overuse and bad housekeeping. Bed bugs are pervasive.
