They admitted my father on a Monday he came home the Wednesday prior on that Friday the pastor came on Monday the social worker came and 2 nurses Tuesday his reg RN came all I asked for was an aide to help with bathing. Thursday a LPN wanted to visit I said no needed an aide. Monday an aide came she was the best I give her 5 stars. Meds were not ordered as needed no communication nurse just came whenever.
