I had just started a 10 hour road trip when i started hearing scraping from underneath my Civic. Buckeye Honda was the closest Honda dealership so I drove there. They looked underneath my car and saw that my heat shield was loose. They were kind enough to take my car back immediately and resecured my heat shield so that I could safely continue my journey. I was in and out in about a half hour. My interaction with them was brief but they were supremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat
My wife called about a CRV around 7:45 on Wednesday, left a message to make an appointment at 4:30 - which was confirmed via text. When we arrived at 4:30 the car had already been sold, BUT … there were more expensive CRV’s to look at. No thank you It would seem that by calling that early in the morning, and confirming an appointment that we would be assured that the car would be reserved for us to look at. Not so.
