We bought a new car from Buckeye Honda recently, and Lisa, our sales representative, was super patient and helpful as we tried lots of cars and finally settled on one. I definitely plan to bring our new car up to them for service, because I’m not wild about the service department at our local dealership in Athens. All in all, very satisfied with our new car and with Buckeye Honda!
I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. My lease was coming to an end in December with a different dealership and they were less than helpful. I called Buckeye Honda in urgent need of help and Chad Balser picked up the phone and asked me to come in. Not only did he beat the interest rate the other dealership offered and brought down my monthly, he was also very kind, listened to exactly what I wanted and never tried to push me into a deal I wasn't comfortable with. Leased a car from here, had the vehicle for 3 years, never missed a payment and turned the vehicle in with 25,000 miles, 5,000 less than I was allowed. Turn the vehicle in and what do they do? Send me a bill for $376.23 for a turn in fee. Really if someone goes over the mileage you charge 50 cents a mile. So by my calculation you owe me $2,500.
