I went in to look at a car with my 2 kids. Everyone was super friendly. I worked with Lisa who was amazing. She asked me what I was looking for, my budget, where I would like my payment ect. I went in thinking I wouldn’t get the car that I liked. Well we took it for a test drive, she answered all my questions. Made sure I liked it and it’s what I wanted. Next thing I know numbers were getting crunched and I got approved for a super nice and reliable car for my family. She hasn’t even texted to check in.
My sales person was Tammy Fox and she worked really hard for me! Wonderful dealership and great people work there
They sold me a lemon, an $18,000 lemon at that, and then fought me tooth and nail for the warranty they offered. Let me make it clear that the ONLY reason i decided to shop with them was due to the lifetime warranty they offered. Within a year of having the car the transmission failed, the torque converter went out, belts were bad, not to mention me stopping into their shop not once but MULTIPLE times to address the transmission light and every time they sent me out of the door saying everything is fine. I went there for maintenance after inquiring about prices at area dealers and garages. They have better prices, great service, quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be returning.
