TIm is very nice, honest and upfront on his real estate knowledge. He sold one of my rental properties that had been vandalized and got me an offer in three weeks. Others in the area had tried to seel the property for me with no avail. I am an out of town investor and needed someone with Tim's expertise to list and sell my property. Tim knows the area, the properties, and has a good data base of investors looking for investment properties. I would definitely use him again should I need to sell other properties in the area.
