Love the new construction and offers a lot of variety for new home owners.
The realtor, the builder and contractors have been excellent. They make a great team. The variety of homes and prices allow buyers to pick a well build home within a person's budget. All homes come wired for a smart home. This team worked hard to make buying a new a home a great experience. Love the gas stoves, large lots, and windows with blinds.
