I joined this past Saturday and had my assessment with Kinsey tonight. Started with the total body transformation and it kicked my butt and I only did 2 sets. The rope is a killer, but I'll be back tomorrow. Totally recommend this fitness club.
Love the atmosphere and the people. I just signed up this week and I have been there everyday since I signed up I love it!
Unbelievable prices good equipment, hours, friendly staff and lots of extra services included!!
Wonderful employees, love the atmosphere there! Was shown all the equipment and taught how to properly use everything. I already knew I was going to sign up after talking to the man there before even seeing everything just because of his knowledge with fitness, health, ect.
