The office staff is terrible. It took 4 days and 8 phone calls to get a simple prescription sent to my pharmacy, after giving the MA the name, complete with spelling, KROGER, and the number. On day 3, call #6, I lost patience with them and referred to the MA as a "dumbass". If the shoe fits...Then, the RN threatened to withhold faxing for refills on another prescription. Unethical at best. I'll let the State Medical Board and the Ohio Nursing board decide. I wouldn't refer anyone to that shitshow.
I personally experienced the rudest front desk people at the Grove City office and there is a post on Facebook with more than 40 comments of people having horrible experiences as well. I would absolutely recommend to go else where because of the front desk staff.

Everyone was very kind and professional. Dr Ryan Carlson was very informative and exceptional! I knew what to expect as he went through the procedure to remove the thing on my eyelid. I was nervous at first but calmed down as I realized I was in good hands.
My 69 year old husband had basal cell removed 1-8-18. Great service on Blazer Ply. Had follow up in Grove City. They gave him antibiotics for infection. I noticed 1-22-18 the incision still looked red. He went to the Grove City office the next morning. They told him they don't take walk-ins. He got an appt for today(1-25). Not pleased �
These people are the greatest. They treat you as if you were their only patient. Highly recommended.
