Clean Office and Staff – Dr. Cruz and his assistant, Joy provide consistently excellent service. The office is very clean and the staff is sanitary-conscious.
Everyone is so Nice! – The front staff is so nice. Ruby and Joyce are very helpful and I am very pleased with all the help they gave us.
Very Kind and Professional – All the staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I am also very happy with the care I received form Dr. Shen and her assistant. I would very highly recommend Dr. Shen and the staff to others needing care.
Very unproffessional! – Let me first start off by saying I really liked Dr. Shen she was very nice very proffessional. The office staff and nurses on the other hand are terrible! I scheduled a new patient appointment for my daughter and was told to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out paper work. When we walked in we were not greeted at all, walked up to the desk and stood there for about 2 minutes before anyone said anything which still wasnt hi it was insurance and id please.
