Long time patient, my family and I have been coming here for years. Very friendly staff, willing to listen and work with you on a treatment plan and get you in quickly whenever there is an emergency. We’ve had great experiences with braces and routine dental procedures. They are not pushy and give you the information so you can make the decision that is right for you!
We will not be returning. I made a genuine effort to support this local business in Valley City, but this ended up being an extremely frustrating and concerning experience. From the beginning, the front desk interaction felt high-pressure, with an expectation to commit to services and payment before I had adequate time to review or consider my options. I had a great experience the first time around! But the second which was sometime ago. I needed crowns - but at the time due to health reasons and financial strain it was delayed. The dentist got really frustrated and said in a room where I could clearly hear him- that I needed to get my blank together. Why not be a professional and just tell that in a direct but polite way that I really needed crowns or he could not help me, Going into a room and speaking ill of someone is more germane to the conflict.
