Worst experience with a dentist ever !!! They don't know what it means to have Insurance and being in-network. Had a bridge done that took 5 months to get put in. But before that they made me pay $3800 something up front and before I could get the bridge they wanted Insurance to pay the remaining $1,000. They tried submitting to Insurance numerous times. Couldn't get it right..So I had to submit to Insurance and then they got paid in less than 2 weeks. Per the Explanation of Benefits.. Covered charge was $2,074...my Patient ... read more

Everyone is super friendly with a smile and warm greeting from the minute you walk in the door . Wouldn't go anywhere else. Been a patient for over 10 years. Very reasonable prices and don't do unnecessary procedures.

Long time patient, my family and I have been coming here for years. Very friendly staff, willing to listen and work with you on a treatment plan and get you in quickly whenever there is an emergency. We’ve had great experiences with braces and routine dental procedures. They are not pushy and give you the information so you can make the decision that is right for you!

We will not be returning. I made a genuine effort to support this local business in Valley City, but this ended up being an extremely frustrating and concerning experience. From the beginning, the front desk interaction felt high-pressure, with an expectation to commit to services and payment before I had adequate time to review or consider my options. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly and welcoming team that truly makes you feel comfortable.
