5 Star : Likely to Recommend They are honest and very good at what they do, just a little better communication and my experience would have been perfect. 5 Star : Repair Quality The repair was excellent 4 Star : Customer Service Very good customer service, however had to call in to find out why it was taking so long. I was told a couple of days and it took a week. A simple phone call to update me would have been much appreciated, instead of left to wonder why it was taking so long.
