I just purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and so far love it. Gary Goetz was very helpful with getting me a great deal. It was a perfect fit for me. Simple!! The only thing I was surprised about was not getting a full tank of gas. There was less than a 1/4 tank. Not a major thing, just surprising wasn't provided, after that large of a purchase. Overall I am pleased on how my buying experience went.
Had a low mileage loaded diesel truck to trade in on a ram 2500 that they had sitting on the lot ready to write a check that night for it but after an hour of trying to get them to give us a price ended up walking out when the sales manager walked in and was very cocky and rude. We basically had the same experience the last time we tried to deal with them 8 years ago if they would have been honest could have sold us 8-10 trucks and a few jeeps. I have contacted salespeople and even emailed the owner, and cannot seem to get off their mailing list. They want to buy my van, but will not make me an offer. Flooding me with excessive mail does not make me want to come in and buy my next vehicle there.
