Horrible. Service down for a day and cannot get ahold of anyone. We are iver data on our cell.
This monopoly of an "internet provider" is absolute robbery. Paying for 200mps, yet receiving 5. When voicing our complaint, they tell us that they can't guarantee the wifi from the router that they FORCE US TO RENT FROM THEM. This nasty company needs booted out of service. I can't wait until the day Spectrum shines it's light on Sandusky's poor unfortunate souls who have no choice in provider currently.
WORST NETWORK EVER! Constant dc's, pathetic excuses while blaming us, totally overpriced with data limits?! i'm livid right now with the poor service I've been getting. I honestly think you are probably the lowest grade of network next to dial-up. Fix this crap already!
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Overpriced, ripping people off, and minimal customer service. Buckeye Cablesystem why don't you read these reviews and listen to your customers. More one star ratings than anything else...hmmm wonder why!!
Outage on Super bowl Sunday! Way to go Buckeye! On top of increasing bills we get crappy service!! We will be looking at other options.
No issues with the service except when I signed up several months ago I was told I would be getting a $100 visa card as a promotion for switching to Buckeye. I have called several times and have still NOT received it. I cannot get a resolution to this and am not sure what to do except resort to negative reviews on social media.
Buckeye is the scum of the earth! My bill keeps going up even when I pay in a timely manor. NEVER have been late and always a balance on my account that goes up. Scum of the earth is to put them VERY lightly. I feel bad for their employees that need to deal with their irate customers because of the CRAP service. They completely have a monopoly in my area and I'm sick of it!
