over the years between living in several different areas, I've had a number of different cable and internet providers. buckeye is by far the most expensive and least reliable. for what they charge and the service they provide, it should be considered fraud.
Let me start by sayting that I NEVER leave bad reviews. I'm pro-business and really go out of my way to give every business multple chances, but I'm at my wits end. I have 3 cable boxes and have to replace at least one of them per month (and yes, they are on surge protectors...and expensive good ones at that). We had internet installed and at the same time their installer replaced a broken box while he was there. It lasted O-N-E day...24 hours...one rotation of the Earth. Stop the price gouging. Fix ongoing issues of signal drops.
Wi-Fi doesn't work again! and you guys charge an arm and a leg for basic cable ,it should work perfectly!
Seriously?!? THE PRICE!! IT'S ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I have equipment in my house that doesn't even work. The cable box that IS in use, changes channels on it's own about 5 times a day. Channels that are digitized and unwatchable. The cost for internet is astronomical! Seriously thinking about cancelling the cable and just keeping the internet. You guys should be ashamed!
