What a WONDERFUL experience working with Michael!!! My wife and I both got the cars we wanted and Michael did all the hard work for us, and even got us out of our leases early. He took us to the dealership to test drive vehicles and did all the wheeling and dealing, saving us the hassle of trying to negotiate a price. It was the best car buying experience we ever had. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Michael to work with you on your next car buying experience.
You make your offer and the salesman tells you to wait while he takes your offer to the manager. Really? The guy who sells 40 cars/month doesn't know how much he needs to get? You sit there for 20 minutes while you see the salesman and manager through the glass. Do you really think they're talking about your offer for 20 minutes?
