Been sitting at the hospital now for 6+ hrs waiting for this company to transport my Dad back to his home. Worst company ever, If I could give them a below zero rating I would. Never again will I use this piss poor company
I am currently sitting here in the er with my father, hour number SIX of just waiting for your miserable company to take him home, with no ETA time in site. It is 1 am. You guys are the worst! If i could give you a minus 10 i would. Awful awful service!!
If I could give a zero I would. I assume their service was excellent as I made it to the hospital. Unfortunately I never received a bill until I received a collection notice today. Now I am unsuccessfully trying to contact them.
The biggest ripoff company I have ever used. They partner with Kettering Health care but are out of network with most insurance companies. Who ever inked that contract must have a nice yacht, they certainly put the screws to the patients with their predatory billing practice.
