Noisy at lunch with many families
My boyfriend and I went into Buckets to grab drinks. We are a younger couple my boyfriend is 24 and I am 23. My boyfriend is from Connecticut and I am from Pennsylvania and we are visiting family this weekend. The bartender was beyond rude treating us very poorly. He asked for IDs and we gave them to him. He gave our IDs back and then walked away and continued making drinks. I tried Buckets during happy hour. The bartenders were competent, friendly, and kind. Plenty of staff working. The food and beverages were OK. The atmosphere is nice, with an awesome outside area. It was $63, all-in, for two drinks and an appetizer, so was fairly expensive. I didn’t ask about happy hour prices, which were displayed on the bar, and was charged full price. Not sure that we would rush back, based on this visit.
