Unfortunately, my experience with this firm was extremely frustrating from the beginning. Even getting my retainer payment processed involved unnecessary back-and-forth and difficulty getting timely answers from the front office. Made a consultation appointment online, the person didn’t show up or call me. I called them back and the person who answered stated that I would get a call back. I requested email correspondence because I had a bunch of meetings the rest of the day. Of course he called back when I was in a meeting. He left an unfriendly voicemail.
