Was going to try something new. Walked in. Nobody to seat me, so I sat at the bar. There seemed to be a person taking care of orders, but she didn’t so much as acknowledge my existence for 10 or so minutes. So I walked across the street to Panera and got a sandwich there.
Awesome place. The sandwiches are very good and they’re a good size to the point where my girlfriend and I have split a sandwich and salad and walked away super pleased. The bakery is sooooo good. We bought my girlfriend’s mom her birthday cake here and was delicious and we tried the Oatmeal Creampie (Little Debbie’s got nothing on them) and an iced latte to top things off. Hit the spot! Two young women love to stare at the front desk instead of helping
Overpriced dump. The staff has no managerial oversight. I sat at the counter and watched an employee eating a quesadilla while frying an egg. The flat top and adjacent mini kitchen are ancient and filthy. The employees also were not trained or qualified with allergens and the relative ingredients. For example, not identifying butter as a dairy product and misidentifying mayonnaise as a dairy product when it is an egg product. Lastly, $20 for a sandwich with boars head meat is criminal.
