Simply put, get a 2nd opinion! He charges State College prices in Mifflin/Juniata county. Go with someone else, trust me! I would have given him ZERO stars if I could, but that wasn't an option!! Not only was he never present to do any of the work (he has another guy do most of the work), but every time I called Caleb (the owner) to see how things were progressing, he was at the bar.
