Im a potential buyer of a property in BHC. Buck Reynolds is the property mgr for the HOA. This property is clearly ignored. No upkeep to common grounds. Dead landscaping all around the unit, landscape irrigation obviously doesnt work, pool is crumbling on the sides, spa is not functional and covered by a large wooden structure, all lounge chairs are dry rotted and broken-definitely not useable, one concrete table with attached benches, no umbrella, a few plastic chairs that look dangerous to sit on, pool gate is falling, cab... read more
Never heard anything good about this "company" totally useless and a scam when it comes to HOA. They do nothing that they are supposed to. People need to know this organization is a SCAM!
UNRESPONSIVE. SEEMS TO HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF BUDGETS. MAKES NO EFFORT TO ENFORCE CCR'S. WASTE OF HOA RESIDENT'S MONEY. WEBSITE NOT UPDATED ON A CONSISTENT BASIS. MANY FEATURES ON THE WEBSITE DO NOT WORK. THE RANCH AT LONG MOUNTAIN IN KINGMAN AZ. TOTAL FAILURE.

We have noticed every evening about 5;00 that the sidewalk near the last grassy pod in the park on Desert Foothills Blvd. is quite wet. This has been going on ever since we got back here this fall. I kept thinking someone would be taking care of this over watering, but so far it is still happening. Is there another email address for residents to contact the board?
