This has to be the worst realtor I have ever done business with. Never returns calls, EVER. Ignores questions and manipulates facts. For a person who claims he has been in business for 10 years now that I look there are no reviews at all on him. Being in the middle of a home closing is a lousy time for a realtor to ignore ANT calls from you. Use this man at your own risk. He gets a one star rating because the site forces you to pick a star rating. Personally in my opinion his actual rating would be -5 stars.
