The customer service was outstanding! We were greeted by two different people when we walked in the door, and then we were helped when we had questions regarding pricing. The staff member was delightful and went above and beyond. We were later asked by another staff member if we needed help, and then had an enjoyable, friendly check out experience. We were shocked at how extremely kind this store was. We will definitely shop here again!
This store is the greatest, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Yesterday I bought a piece of plywood for a quick project, when Jim, an employee, couldn't get it into my car, he went out of his way to deliver it to my home on his way home from work. I love living in Ocean Shores and am so appreciative for the quality businesses we have access to. Thanks Jim.
