Customer service is always good. They typically have the part I need right away. The only issue is they are pricey.
I took my mower to them, it sat for a week, even after being told that it should be ready a week later. I called to check, they hadn't touched it. I picked it up and took it to another dealer, had it completed within 3 days. If your service timeline is 3 weeks +, don't tell customers 1 week.
When this was Buck Brothers - there was alot more follow up on the mower service. I had to call three times to get a status on the mower, and a fourth call just to confirm on the day of pickup that the driver was going to actually show. I left the mower in the driveway and it was not until late in the day that they showed, and again that was after I called. I also think 3 weeks to get a mower returned is a long time for a tune up and a couple of repairs.
