Very poor customer service. I hired this company to sand and stain my hardwood floors 4 days ago. Not well done. The floor was not sanded evenly. Now I'm struggling to remove the vent covers b/ finish was put over that. I also asked him if it was necessary to remove the door he said no and got walnut stain on the white door. There is one part of the floor that is missing the final coat and it seems like a shoe mark too. I reached out to him 2 days later after I got home and says he never got my message. I called three times for an estimate, they didn't even return the second two calls. I wouldn't recommend.
