I have been a customer of Buchmyer's Pools, Inc. for 13 years. They never try to sell you anything you do not need. The staff is very informed and happy and friendly. Also they work with you until you are fully comfortable with doing your pool care. They even will write down detailed instructions of what you need to do to get your pool correct.
We choose Buchmyer's to install our in-ground pool because they did not give a big sales pitch, were clearly intelligent about pools and Chris was personally involved in the work. The crew was great and everyone was so nice. We are so happy with the entire pool and the process and when any issues arose they imeediately took care of them. I highly recommend them!
My experience with Buchmyer's has been nothing short of wonderful. From the time I walked in the door and met Kim to the installation of my pool, everyone has gone out of their way. Love love love my new pool!
We had pool service last week. The worker tested our water and left chemicals on our pool deck (allowing them to degrade in the sun). But, did not clean the pool and did not check in with me to explain his lack of work (I was in the house). Our credit card was just hit with 2 charges totaling over $500.00. I have been having a problem with my pool water not being clear after working with it and several visits, several calls, Ken the owner came out on his own to see if he could help . He only knew me from being a customer and surprised me with his visit. How many businesses would do this ? Thank you !
I love this place, they are always there for my pool needs, and don't forget the gift cards are amazing for pool owners at Christmas! :))
I recently bought a house with a pool and have never had one. I had no idea what I was doing and came in to buchmyers to see if maybe they could show me how to use the pump and any pool chemicals I would need. They went above and beyond. Gave me a laminated instruction sheet on weekly care, helped me out with start up chemicals, and came out to the house to show me how to work all the equipment.
