We have had Jake out from Buchman’s a couple of times and he has been wonderful! A great representation of the company! They have been consistent and on time with the scheduled appointments. Jake is always respectful of our home, friendly, and very efficient! He is very knowledgeable and will tell you straight forward if he feels something needs to be done or if an action would likely be futile.
