Dr Buchert is the worst Doctor I have ever seen. She has poor communication skills and is down right rude. She yelled at me on the phone and tried to hang up on me. She ran tests diagnosed problem but offered no treatment plan and it was like pulling teeth to get the results. Both my daughter and I switched doctor's after the awful and very unprofessional treatment we received. Some doctors are obviously just in it for the money. My daughters 2 visits were about 3 minuets each.
Dr Buchert and her staff are horrible. Not only do you wait at least 90 minutes before seeing her for only 5 mins, but if you try to ask for an explanation or for some help with whatever your situation, you are left with nothing or simply bad attitudes. Also if u have an urgent need, don't plan on getting any immediate help. I was bleeding heavily and in a bit of unusual pain and called to see what was possibly wrong-didn't get a call back until 5 hours later.

I recently switched to Dr Buchert after a friend recommended her and I'm soooo happy I did! My previous doctor sort of blew me off about my anxiety and PMS issues. I didn't even bring it up initially with Dr Buchert, but she kept asking questions and "if there was anything else I wanted to talk about that I was holding back," until I opened up. I'm sorry you had this experience! I recently saw Dr Buchert and absolutely loved her. She spent time with me talking about my diet, exercise, and all the screening I needed to get up to date on. She even made me feel comfortable talking about my sex life! I went to her on recommendation from a co-worker and would definitely recommend her. She called me back with my results before I even called. As for the billing thing, she did recently change to a new smaller office, so maybe it was something with that. Do not see Dr Buchert! It took 3 weeks to get lab results. Her nurse kept saying they were on her desk and she needed to review them. Finally the nurse gave me the results because it has been so long. Also, she does not know the latest information on thyroid issues or how to interpret the lab results. Also, she charged me for an extended visit and an annual exam because I asked her to run my thyroid labs. Her annual exam is just a pap smear and nothing else.
