Always gets me in promptly for my appointments and I am there a lot with several kids in braces. Kids appointments always go quickly and the staff is very pleasant.
I had an amazing experience here at the Frankfort location and don’t understand the negative reviews. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always made me feel welcome. Wait times were short, and they explained my Invisalign thoroughly. I was never pressured to pay in full upfront, just the required deposit for the aligners to be created, and they even offer a monthly payment plan for the remainder of your balance. Very dysfunctional organization! Staff seems confused, do not pay them upfront. They seem to really push that on people, there’s many other options to get Invisalign from a provider, you can truly trust! That is not these people……….
Went into this place to get some information on invisalign, rudest bunch of people in town. Somebody else will definitely get my money it will not be these people!
I had an appointment this morning at 8:30, stood at the front desk for 12 minutes. No one acknowledge me, nine people the waiting room. The girls were in the back talking about some other employee that couldn't get to work that they had to send money to. No concern of any of the patients time, made no effort to come and acknowledge anyone.. I walked out the door, and so did another customer we talked in the parking lot in very dissatisfied!
