Our ‘old’ hvac died at 5.5 years. Called Baron heat and air and they forgot to register it for the extended warranty. Turns out repair parts were no longer available. Also Baron stepped thru the ceiling of two rooms and would not fix it. Called Buchanan. They replaced the outside unit and inside blower. They found Barons had left the user manual stuck on the intake vent blocking half the air. Theirs has been running strong and no issues. Great service, explains everything.

The fairest price you will find. If Darrell or his son can't repair it it can't be repaired.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Scam company. The unit they installed for my sister has had multiple issues in the first year. They won’t respond about warranty work and hang up on people when they are asked questions about it.
Very nice people. They quickly identified the issue the repair has been performing flawlessly.
