Old fashioned vibe and good food. The waiter was very helpful with recommendations and explaining the menu. I ordered the salmon special and loved it.
Sadly, if you aren't part of the regulars here, you will not enjoy your experience. I take clients here often and really don't enjoy it. 37.00 for a Caesar salad with a few bites of meat is not good value. I always feel like I am annoying the server and staff. There is a lack of enthusiasm and energy! Its an expensive lunch, so don't look for extra. You have to be the extra!
I came rarely over 35+ years. The most recent was the final. This place is tired. Old menu, with new prices. Had a burger; $27. Bun was a plain jane bun. No brioche etc. Meat med rare at best, I asked for medium. Couple slices of cold bacon and cheese that looked and tasted like blaah. Wine list heavily USA.
