I bought a 2021 crosstrek from here brand new after totalling my 2019. Its pretty much been a dud and I've had to take it back 5 times due to camshaft issues that were thankfully covered under my warranty after the 3rd time. Im currently getting my engine replaced at 117k miles, and I havent been told the exact reason why but im fairly certain it's whatever issues I was having before. I found my Subaru through a google search and was connected with Kristie and Robie at Buchanan. It was a bit of a risk to buy a car without a test drive, but between a video Kristie provided and a lot of back and forth, I felt confident that I was being well cared for. I live in Maine and intentionally looked for a car that has lived outside of New England (salt = rust).
