We initially came into Buchanan Subaru due to 2017 Subaru having electronic break issues while on vacation. Service Center employee was empathetic and serviced immediately! Then she shared that it was a recall issue and would be no charge! My husband and I browsed their inventory and found a pre-owned, certified 2024 Outback that just had our name on it! Update-This business runs a tight ship, I have never been more impressed by a dealership, their service team, and their response times! The tag and title process made easy.
