Ordered a part on Friday morning. Didnt recieve an email or any kind of confirmation other than what was on their website. Waited until Monday and gave them a call. They tell me it takes a few days to process and get shipped. The next day I check the status on their website and it says canceled. I didnt receive any kind of notification or call. I proceed to contact them again and they tell me my order has been canceled due to customers taking advantage of them. What does that even mean? Also told me this took place Friday wh... read more

Sales person was very helpful and professional, she was easy to work with. She was knowledgeable about the car and patiently explained all its many features. I can also recommend their maintenance department.
