Management is absolutely garbage. Barbara is condescending and has zero people skills.. if you are looking for a place to live that you will actually enjoy, river rock is not the right choice

I came to live here a year ago when a different manager was working, named Aaron. He was a little disorganized, despite his friendliness. A few months later Danielle began working as active manager, and she did an absolutely wonderful job improving on the property and helping others. I moved at the end of last month because I needed a larger space for my roommates, and even while doing that she made sure the entire process went smoothly. This is a great place if you want to listen to loud music every day and share a yard with tons of children who don't know the meaning of a "garbage can." Place is a dive.
I have lived here for years and absolutely feel like this place is my home, full of my extended family. I've met so many friendly and amazing people here I don't ever want to leave.
I've been living here for 7 years now and I love it. The staff is amazing and I can't think of any other place that I'd like to live.
