Management and office staff have always been more than helpful to myself and my other roommates. We've never had issues that weren't immediately addressed by them and even the issues we've had have been minimal. The area is kept clean and enjoyable. Would recommend this apartment to friends and family.
Absolutely awful. Management is the worst part. Say one thing, do another. They just spout lies and their communication skills are severely lacking. They also like to change policy without informing tenants. Just don't bother.
Love these apartments! The ladies who work at the office are always so kind ! I have a few things that need to be fixed on my apartment and it was so easy to get an appointment made! The last apartment I lived at it took weeks to get someone to fix something. These ladies are awesome at their job and care for the apartments! Thankyou for making river rock a nice place to live!
I love it here.5 stars for sure but people sho give 1 stars are those sho jist have poor experiences and don't like it here. Hardwood floors Very spacious living room and apartment alone. Only downside is the narrow stairway up to your place and moving furniture ah well Still got everything moved in :) aside from that property is very well kept up.
