I came to Buchanan Dental Arts as a person with severe dental phobia and complex ptsd. I needed some rough work done and they made me feel at home. The whole office staff had been amazing. From the first appointment you all had explained what the plan of attack is. Then I was able to do CareCredit through the office. Dr Carlos has already became my favorite new dentist. Definitely one of the nicest doctors I've ever met! From the second you walk through the door you're greeted with a smile & a hello. I felt like I never left home. The staff went above & beyond! So happy with my decision to change dentists.
I really hate to write this as I'm not a fan of writing poor reviews of businesses however It seems necessary as I am STILL dealing with the issues from my visit three years ago. My family were patients of Dr. Ricket for decades. Unfortunately when he sold his practice, I made the mistake of going there. I went in for a cleaning/yearly appt with the new dentist and since then, I have spent thousands of dollars trying to correct his poor work.
