Absolutely the worst auto buying experience I ever had. Typical shell game tactics of low advertising to draw you in. Once you arrive let the games begin. Visited four other dealerships in a fifty mile radius. All dealerships valued my trade within $3000.00 of each other. My husband drove 3 hours, with his own financing already lined up, set up an appointment and asked if they could hold the truck that he was driving all that way to get. He gets there and the place is packed-they allowed walk-ins...so why did he need the appointment? I guess they are not following COVID guidelines.
