The service department at Buchanan was very nice to me, they corrected what was wrong with my car and I received a free oil change, free because they thought that I asked for one, but I didn't. They are great people, they gave it to me for free.
Friendly staff but they try to absolutely rob you on trade ins. Just sold my 2023 Power Wagon to another dealership after they offered me 14K lower than my lowest offer from 3 dealers. They said they had "no wiggle room". Not only are they trying to rob customers but they are paying their employees poverty wages. $400 a week. Its no wonder every time I go there for service they have an entirely new sales staff.
