Lachie was professional, informative and thorough. I didn't have to get a second mortgage to pay. He bought his two apprentice sons, again friendly, informative and just genuinely really nice people. Would highly recommend for all electrical needs. Thanks for doing an amzing job .

This is the worst electrical company I've ever been with. The wiring was very unprofessional. It wasn't in tact to the roof and was hanging. I had to get another electrician to come out and fix his work. I paid for 5 rewiring to the power points and he's only done 2 up there. I have many photos from the electrician of what he has done in the roof. He also did this to my walls.

Lachlan from Buchan Electrical was able to complete an electrical survey for us from interstate, and did so with the highest regard to quality of data. He and his team were responsive and highly professional. We will be using their services when completing work in regional Victoria going forward - much to commend.

After waiting months for another electrician to show up for a small job I called Lachie at 9am and was shocked when he said he could call in at 11:30 on the way to another job. True to his word he and his very well-mannered apprentice arrived on time and not only completed the initial job but also fixed my dishwasher. I was very impressed with all aspects of their service and will be using Buchan Electrical from now on.

Lachlan did the electrical work for our dairy processing facility, the job was perfect, paying attention to details. We haven't had any electrical issues since, and dealing with Lachlan was great: He is very professional and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend his services both for smaller and bigger jobs.
