I had a very frustrating experience with Buccos roofing company. After a snowstorm caused a leak in my roof, I contacted them and put down a $300 deposit for a repair. The only communication I received afterward was through text messages saying they couldn’t work in freezing temperatures. I understood that weather could delay things, so I was willing to be patient. Continues to be a disappointment. They put new gutters on my home in 2023. They mishandled the work being scheduled originally. Randomly showed up at my house without the project manager’s, Danny, knowledge. He said he would come to the house to check on things, and could never make it because he was stuck at another job site. Buccos Roofing did a great job installing my new metal roof. I was kept informed at every stage of the job. The work was exceptional, and the job site was totally cleaned when done. The roof looks great.
