Dirty tables and floor. Slow service. No ketchup pump in lobby because public "cant be trusted", packets only. Food hot and correct. Employees nice. Lots of homeless outside building.
7:00 am 4/21/26. Sat at the drive through speaker for 3-4 minutes with no one responding either at my lane or the car in the lane next to me. Finally I could see him give his order and pull forward. Still no one greeted me. I said “hello” several times. No response. Decided to go inside. Walked in and to the counter. No one visible anywhere inside. I said “hello” again. No response.
