They are always caring and willing to see my children when they are not feeling well. If you are looking for care, that is exceptional than this is your provider.
Dr. Bucci and Dr. Emerson is great and really good with kids. The office is clean and pretty. The staff is awesome and the receptionist is very nice.
Competent, kind, and without a wait!
We switched from Wellspan in Shrewsbury (due to egregious office / doctor errors) to the Parkton office and it's been a night and day change. As an example of elevated care, just before the holiday, our 11 month old daughter contracted RSV, which is not ideal considering the office closings. On Christmas Day her symptoms were borderline for us not knowing if we should take further immediate action, or wait. The staff at Next Step Pediatrics has absolutely horrible attention to detail. My wife and I took our newborn son in for his first pediatric exam; as part of it he needed a bilirubin test. The test tube of his blood was improperly marked by staff members and thus unusable. I needed to return the same day to have the test performed again (which involves pricking his foot and drawing blood). My wife had an emergency C section three days prior and was in no shape for the travel and disruption. We will not be using Next Step Ped... read more
