Past two times we’ve been here, MULTIPLE items have been wrong. Today — ordered fettuccini alfredo, I don’t know exactly what they gave me but it wasn’t even alfredo based. Ordered cheesecake, ended up with carrot cake even though they specifically wrote “cheesecake” on the box. Ordered ranch with our salads, ended up with Italian dressing. I never leave reviews, at least not negative ones, because it seems petty and very much “first world problems”, but it’s annoying to spend over $50 and get literally nothing as I ordered ... read more

I used to love Buccetos because I could get gluten-free pizza. Several times in a row I’ve had either wrong toppings, burnt crust, or no gluten-free pizza available that day, the last two times they didn’t have any. Today I called to order and when I got there to pick it up, was told they are out of gluten-free and the person who took my phone order didn’t know. I went ahead and paid for the other pizza for my kids, it had a burnt crust. I left so disappointed that I sat in my vehicle and burst into tears.

OUTSTANDING Gluten Free Menu options (pizza and SO much more), fantastic staff/service, unbeatable classic 'New York NYC' italiano experience... even the salads (incl house salads often included w/ entrees) are FANTASTIC. True stories... FIVE stars (consistently, visit after visit)! * * * * *
Pizza quality is poor. The dough is inconsistent. Half the pizza is crispy and the other half is normal. It seems more times than not i’s burned. Historically this was never the case. The pizza was always perfect. Even rise, great flavor, perfect texture. Not sure what happened?!? I keep going back thinking it will be better but it’s not.
