We went to every pool outlet in perth. Buccaneer Pools stood out from the start. The service and attention to detail from Kevin at Joondalup made the experience very enjoyable. And we really did shop around and take our time to decide. Very happy with the service.
At first kevin was great! We laid everything on the table what we needed and what they can do.. we also made sure we where all on the same page of what you get.. (filters,light packages etc ). as you do we got other quotes.. we asked if they can do better on the price and he took out the tip fees out as we had quarter of the sand filling up an old bore hole.. we trippled checked and said are you sure we will not get hit with tip fees charges and he said no also we dont need a digger.. come time to signing the contract and he... read more

We had a wonderfully smooth experience having our Capri 4x3.2m pool installed in Doubleview over the past weeks. Salesperson James Jackson did a fantastic job running us through the process, which can be incredibly daunting considering all the horror stories from other pool owners online. I will be recommending buccaneer Kevin was great at the start awnering all my questions before signing and than going a head with it everyone was good on site and the custom care side is great just answering questions and getting stuff sorted happy with the results. Thanks Curtis
