the worst customer experiences I have ever had in Perth. They didn't put the pool in the approved council location and did most of the work twice because they failed to install correctly the first time. After putting the pool in the ground, it took them 4 weeks to finish and provide equipment. Every trade left all their rubbish after they completed their scope. They sold us an undersized chlorinator for the size of our pool. That took me over a year chasing up to get sorted. I ended up going direct to the chlorinator manufacturer who swapped it. They also sold me a heater with WI-FI module (wow sounds great) but they failed to mention that the heater must be within five meters of your Wi-Fi router to connect, rendering it useless. From start to finish we have been really impressed with Buccaneer, the sales team assisted us to get the right fit for our space and we were kept informed of the process all the way. Very efficient communication, letting us know exactly when people would be here and what they would be doing. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful.
