Terrible management and even more awful neighbors
This place has the worst customer service ever!!!!! We bought a manufactured home there on the contingency that we sell our other place within 30 days. When we were unable to sell our place, they voided the contract and had us sign a release in order for them to return our deposit. That was 32 days ago and we still have not gotten our deposit back.
