Recipes have changed for the worse. It’s just not the same food it used to be. Where is the squid ink in the pasta sauce? Now it’s squid ink tasteless pasta with sauce. No sign of that wonderful briny dish it used to be. And where’s the corn in the agnolotti dish. That dish has changed for the worse too.
