My 12 year old central air unit froze up for the 4th straight year on a Saturday, so it was time to replace it. I called Bucca on Sunday and Mike came out on Monday afternoon. He spent over an hour with me discussing options, pros/cons, etc. which I appreciated. I ended up deciding to replace the furnace as well after reviewing everything with Mike (which turned out to be the right decision as a crack was discovered after removing the furnace). Mina and Matt showed up exactly when they were scheduled to arrive and got right to work diagnosing my issue. Once they figured out what was going on with the unit, they explained the problem in detail and went over my options. Very friendly and polite guys, looking forward to having them back once the part arrives.

Called on Saturday for a new heating and air conditioning unit. George was there on Monday and explained all our options. He said they could install the unit on Friday and was here on Friday morning as scheduled. The work that George, Romany and Matt did was amazing! They were courteous and professional and explained everything they were doing When they were done my home was spotless.
