I worked with Susan, and I have to say this was one of the best customer service I have received from a business in a very long time. Susan helped me fill an order for a CBU Mailbox in which another retailer had financial issues and did not execute my order. She contacted me, and was highly recommended by the manufacturer, and was able to fast track the order because I had been waiting over three weeks to that point.
