I went on Christmas so they were packed the food was amazing and the waitresses was really good for being so busy. (Yes I work in a restaurant so I know what it's like)

I've been to Buca in a few states this has been the worse experince! I understand busy Saturday night but I've been to one on New Year's Eve and it wasn't nearly as bad! Didn't honor my reservation, host was beyond rude, a woman fell, waiting for an ambulance the host was more worried about moving her out of his busy way, food was horrible and our waitress was never to be found! I've never said anything but great things about Buca, changing my opinion now! I won't be going to the one in my town when it opens.
