Dust/dirt/grime everywhere. broken & outdated fixtures. management belittling staff in front of guests and other staff. overpriced menu. outdated and dirty/smelly carpets and artwork. offensive artwork. no respect for Covid social distancing despite statewide guidelines. lack luster seating, dirty&wobbly seats and dining tables. cold/underheated/over-salted/bland/overcooked/mushy entrees. kitchen staff disputes heard in diningroom.
RecommendedMy wife and I had our rehearsal dinner at Buca. We had Jesse, Kristen, Kerri and Shannon as servers on our 40 person party. My family can be very needy, however, they treated us like royalty. We enjoyed every minute of our dinner or shall I say “Italian experience”. Many members of the party have voiced out that they will be back for the quality of food that chef Mike prepared for us and for the service. Jack, Mike, Jesse, Kristen, Kerri, Shannon made our rehearsal dinner very special. Thank you.

The salad was horrible. The lettuce was wilted. The cucumbers were previously frozen. The tomatoes were not ripe, they were super crunchy. I sent an email to them and hope they will refund the money I paid for a salad I could not eat.
BEST ITALIAN! We travel 3 plus hours just to eat here!

def a good place for a family
I placed an order last week for birthday party and I ordered an extra meal . I live an hour away so I had my daughter pick up on her way down , the order was missing a $34 dish of spaghetti with meatballs so I called Bucca to let them know the girl on phone apologized and said they could email me gift card or refund the $$ I chose the gift card because we love their food and knew we would order again .
