Buca is my favorite Italian restaurant!!! The staff at the Burnsville, MN, location are super friendly and helpful. Everything I have eaten there has been truly amazing!
This was the worst visit ever...we never got our bread and oil/vinager while other people around us got it....the food was subpar at best...very disappointing...use to love this place not so much anymore
we go to this location at least 4 - 6 times year. we would come for dine in or to go. we always order the same food , frutti di mare and calamari. this time i am disappointed with the food. was there a change in recipe or chef ? the pasta and calamari tasted different.
We ordered Lasagna. Within 3-4 minutes the manager appeared and apologized saying the oven used to prepare this entree was broken. He offered to comp another entree of our choosing. We thought this to be extremely customer friendly. We reordered. Moments later, he appeared with a fine salad (also on the house.) When our entree arrived, it was not the small which we had ordered, but the large!! We experienced a very positive and customer oriented experience. WELL DONE!
We love this place, cant get enough of it. First time coming here to celebrate a birthday. Our 10yr old mention to the host and the waiter (Jennifer) that we are here to celebrate dad's birthday. He was so excited for the birthday cheer dad was going to get. Tables around us got their birthday cheers one after the other, but NOT us. Such a disappointment for our little guy. The alarm wouldn't stop going off, and the calamari was absolutely awful.. The rest of the meal wasn't the best either. Pretty bummed as it used to be good.
